Aiming for “inspired comfort food", SB’s taken over the old Firefly space and is serving up burgers/dogs, sammies, and over-the-top entrees like a sun dried tomato oil drizzled lobster mac-n-cheese w/ bacon, a slow cooked Guinness & chipolte braised pot roast, and Meatloaf with pumpernickle toast and a stout gravy, because big-boned gravy is just too easy to choke on.
